More points? That's up for debate. Ravens/Steelers games are usually not high scoring. My opinion is that the Steelers losing had more to do with the lack of defense more than Ben not playing.

By the way...Ladarius Webb is a stud in the making. That strip of Wallace in the endzone was a thing of beauty.

Oher is that good. He's definitely a future pro bowler and I'm sure that you would prefer to have him on your team over Flozell.

We beat a 4th string QB with it's 1st string defense. And I never said the Steelers defense 'sucks'. No need to put words in my mouth to support your argument. Let's just say that our offense was better than your defense on that particular day.

And it's not one of the best wins in franchise history. I don't know what bojangles fan forum you're reading but that's ridiculous. That local media here in Baltimore certainly isn't saying that.

Tough loss to the Patriots today. Our offense couldn't move the ball in the fourth quarter or overtime. Couldn't hold onto a 10 point lead in the fourth quarter. Couldn't put any heat on Brady late in the game and he found his open receivers. Well-played game by each team's offensive lines and special teams.

Brandon Merriweather should be suspended for the next game for that cheap shot hit on Heap. He was head-hunting the whole game and tried to lay out Heap twice. He'll shorten his career by his own doing with the way he plays, so Karma's a bitch.

Great game. The Patriots last three drafts seem to be paying off. The young guys are playing well. Can you believe Hernandez is only 20? Oher was having big problems with Cuningham. Spikes looked good too (Mayo and Spikes combines for 32 tackles today).

I think Meriweather should be fined. That being said, he has no history of being a cheap player and I think it was a one time mistake.

Aside from the fact that the Ravens have only beat the pats once in the last nine years, they had 5 chances to win the game Sunday, and they were shut down by the young patriots defense each and every time. The pats D got better as the game went on.

I am very excited for the future. The patriots are building a team that mirrors the one they won three titles with. It's crazy to think that they have 8 picks in the first four rounds next year (one of those likely a top ten pick from the Seymour trade).

Every single time the ravens lose, all their guys start bitching and whining in the media, on the field -- etc. Legit, every time the ravens lose a big game, you can expect 5 or 6 quotes about the refs and the other team, Monday. I can post examples!

Hopefully Meriweather gets suspended tomorrow. What he did was wrong. I heard him say he is pals with Heap and he apologized to him after the game. That being said, there is no excuse for launching at another player and I expect the NFL to make an example of Meriweather and also James Harrison. Heap is a good guy and he did not deserve that. had it been Suggs I would have laughed. He's an asshole, whos called for headhunting in the past : - )
