He is training very hard, no doubt. But he keeps the clothes on, so there is no way of telling if he has improved substantially.  :P

I think he can be a fairly successful freak/mass-monster. He will never be an aesthetic, conditioned, proportioned type, so he shouldn't try to go that route. Just get freaky huge.  :P
