I am on my four month. I tore up my shoulder and had to have surgery to repair it. No weight training for five to six months. I am starting to go a little crazy
Since you first started taking your training seriously what is the longest you have gone without training at all, no weights or cardio?For me, I take a couple weeks off a couple times a year.

you can still train the other side to an extent, and do legs with machines.
