ive started drinking on the weekends. i dont dirnk beer, i just drink vodka. last weekend i drank 3/4 a bottle of smirnoff mixed with diet mountain dew.  the weekdn before last i drank a bottle or orange flavored vodka mixed into a big orange ICEE(slurpee). both tasted bomb, but the icee one was great.  even though im a relaive newB to drinking, my tolerance is pretty high, even after a bottle of vodka im not stumbling or shitty drunk. and yes i can definitely see how alcohol can help with getting laid. loosens my lips up nicely.

You non-drinkers need to look around.  Go to any companies major functions and look around.  I'm not talking about getting drunk and shitting in the punch bowl or something....but if you aren't willing to have a couple of beers or manly mixed drinks with your managers/owners, you are going to be that weird guy who left the party early and went back to his room...... you will make no connections, be shunned by your peers and while they stand around during breaks exchanging stories you will be "that guy" who stands there half-laughing at stories you know nothing about and getting funny looks.  I'm just trying to help you homos out.

at the very least i suggest becoming a social drinker

the fact of the matter is most people drink it's how they relax and have fun, not to mention it's cool to be "bad"  

i know a lot of non drinkers like to think people will respect and admire their clean lifestyle, maybe they do, that doesn't mean they want to have you as a friend, people want to be friends with people they can relate with

most drinkers at these parties will tell you it's ok, but really they will just think you are a boring dork, you won't be invited back

The morning after I had too much of this cheap devilish wine was arguably the most painful one of my life. Fuck red wine. One thing I've noticed that reduces hangovers tremendously is to avoid hard liquor and sticking to beer. That way you get more water in your system together with the alcohol.

3 40o's of 8,2% Schlitz Bull Ice ftw .... I don't remember that night and woke up in my own vomit, either way it was fun though... hopefully.

I'm from the south also, and (sadly) the first time I was drunk was drinking MD 20/20 when I was 15. It was also the last time I drank MD 20/20, or "mad dog 20/20" as they called it here Fun times though...

i like to drink but hate to be drunk, the fact not being able to control yourself anymore and the day after keeps me from it. also regretting thinks youve done or said; not that you have to be real drunk for that.

What do you do that's so bad when drunk? Smack around the wife and kids? Cheat? Rant and rave a bit too much perhaps? No biggie, a man's gotta relax a little. Unless booze causes you to get turned on by farm animals, or turns you into a serial killer or mass murderer or something, I don't see what could be so bad?

Then bodybuilding saved my ass! Been sober for 8 years now.... from alcohol  

It's actually fun to watch drunk fucck ups embarrassing themselves and If it's a good day at work I can even beat the shit out of them.



Now I can't even stand the smell of alcohol-beverages.
I hate it.
