Brian Clapp prob spent 50,000 dollars to take down Anthony's site and he didn't even fight it because its a 20 dollar wordpress site.  Anthony registered his domain overseas and is still rolling on.

Brian of course now has bigger issues to deal with so I'd doubt if he tries anything else
