I just made mine scrambled with fresh mushrooms and jalapeno peppers with Colby cheese melted on top.

dont eat eggs, why eat xxxxxxxxxxxx eggs to get the same protein as two scoops of whey powder.

because it gives me EXPLOSIVE shits.  and I'm still not convinced that the baking process required to make the powder does not destroy the nutritional value as a protein.
