5 stitches on my foot where someone dropped a 100lbs plate on it. broke two toes also.
partial pec tear ( not noticeable)
pinched nerves (i couldn't feel my left arm for over 2 months)
scar on my junk (toothy blow job from ex girlfriend in her office)
i could use my hands as sandpaper, it sucks when those calluses rip off.

Kinda tweaked my neck doing behind the back shrugs on smith.  Hurt for several weeks, I think that was the worst one.

Side question:  When you slip a disc in your neck, does it hurt?  And can you actually feel with your hand that it is out of it's "spot."

- twice hurt my back doing heavy squats.
- pec tear
- knee soreness
- 2 x hurt shoulder
- strained lat/shoulder when doing chin ups
- strained hamstring doing squats

Nowadays I work on mostly machines since they are safer and I'm not trying to break any records but just keep in shape. Also very strict with my form.

Some lower back pain throughout the years and a couple stubbed toes while working out at home barefooted.

Yes!!  Been too lazy to go get some shoes a couple times and always tell myself I'll just be 'extra careful.'  BAM!!  The neighbours must have thought I was nuts, walking around the house screaming ASSHOLE!  ASSHOLE!  YOU DUMB FUCKING ASSHOLE! NGGGRRRRRRAAHHHHH!!!!

one time when I was squatting 760 lbs for 54 reps I fucked up my toe.  Hurt like a bitch but I got over it after my workout protein shake.  All in the gym rallied around me for support.  It was a nice thought but wasn't needed.
