I agree, he looks much better.  He is still on a learning curve and doing the right thing by enlisting the aid of seasoned pros.  He's facing still competition thought.  :-\

 At the 2008 ASC...


 Jeff Long was behind the MHP booth selling his autograph 8x10's when MHP were giving them away for free complimentary. Gerard Dente caught wind of it and told him NOT to sell his autograph just give it out on the paid for MHP pics.


 Jeff kept doing it. On top of that he sold a bunch of Probolic protein and pocketed the money. Gerard found out about that and was furious.


 On top of all this he racks up a GIANT hotel bill far exceeding the stipend Gerard granted to all the MHP reps for food and basic expenses. He ordered porn, endless amounts of catering and anything els he could think of. I'm not sure if he stole any towells. Probably.


 Gerard wanted to can him from MHP but it was rumored that Steve Gluteman stepped in and told Gerard it would be a favor to him to keep Jeff on "the team".

I know about this because everyone who knows me knows I love being a whistle blower and love to spill beans on the bodybuilding industry.


 I had a buddy at the MHP booth that year who literally called me the Monday after the Arnold and was like...


 "Block. Wassup man... dude, I have a good Jeff Long story for you. Listen to this... (story)  Oh, I stayed in the room next to him with (MHP guy). At breakfast this morning Gerard was so pissed he told (MHP guy) while I was standing right there. Aint that fucked up? "
