"Donny" you argos bling wielding manlet, post your back double biceps and include how long you have been training for at the time the picture was taken. Also include a piece of paper with your name on it since im suspecting that you may be taking images from somone else and claiming them as your own.

Me here, 20 months, not even 100% dedication to weights, I never said i looked good.

Look at the average people walking down the street with 11" arms and can't even bench 135, those are the people who have never lifted weights.

I can deadlift 405x3, curl 135 for a couple and rep out 225 on the bench press. "Never lifted a weight" ok.
