I have both.  PS3 is a bluray player, that's all.  Xbox makes a machine that breaks every year.
I'd still go with Xbox for sure.

Graphically, they're equal.  Funny when PS3 launched they boasted about 1080p games, yet they still produce primarily games at 720p, which are upconverted.  Playstation, the overhype machine.  Talked about Killzone 2 for 5 years..haha, meanwhile, Gears 2 had already been out.
Xbox has more units sold, but had a head start.

I wouldn't even play games on a pc.  Strapped to a keyboard, limited to a smaller screen, sitting right on top of it.
I prefer some chips, fat tv, laying on a couch any day.  You'll always experience slightly better graphics on a top end pc, but due to lack of upgrading consoles, this will always be the case.  Still, 3 cores with HT at 3ghz, not a bad unit for $200.

How awesome is this game...hahah

I always had a ps2 and couldn't get used to the xbox control, but im a PC game fps guy.

I don't think it'll phase them.  They'll have 10 million sold by Christmas time.
Why do consoles blow for fps?  The aim isn't exact as a mouse...  I know they play different, but don't do any pc gaming.

attention n00b, I have every system that exists, including psp and ds... have it for my modded xbox 360, I buy the games from a chinese kid a week before eb games gets them, and I pay $3 a game, hahahaha

It's fooooking sick!!! I play it every night when I'm in bed ( have a 56" plasma in bedroom)

last stack of games I picked up 3 days ago was:

forza 3 disk 1 and 2, call of duty modern war 2, halo 3: odst, prince of persia, wwe 2010

also got my Wii modded for $20 and picked up 10 games

gotta love mod chips

I learned a few things there.  I thought the PS3 had 7 cores, but it's 7 synergistic processing elements.
Sure you need the wifi, tack on $100 for the Microsoft one...$40 for others.
The 360 is easier to develop for, knew that.
Maybe this is why Killzone 2 kept getting bumped.
