might want to read the following:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afamelanotide

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melanotan_II

specifically

As of 2009 no compound incorporating the melanotan peptide has ever been approved for use by any governmental drug regulatory bodies outside of clinical trials. Unlicensed and untested powders sold as "melanotan" are found on the Internet and are reported to be used by thousands of members of the general public. Multiple regulatory bodies have warned consumers the peptides may be unsafe and ineffective in usage with one regulatory agency warning that consumers who purchase any product labeled "melanotan" risk buying a counterfeit drug. Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals, the company developing the related peptide afamelanotide, has warned consumers that counterfeit products sold using the names "melanotan I and II", "pose a hazard to public health"

Usage of the melanotan peptides does not cause one's eyes to darken. It just doesn't happen. Both melanotan-1 and melanotan II have gone through several human clinical trials and no eye darkening has ever been reported.
What does happen though is that because the skin surrounding the eyes darkens the whites of eyes appear to become whiter and the colored part appears to darken.

See this : http://melanotan.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1220789983/0

to better understand why folks' perception of their eye color changes.

yea i heard you can use it for one month without going the tanning bed, then after one month start going like 3-4 times a week and you will turn chocolate brown and its like almost impossible to burn on that stuff

if you have crappy "dealers" then its your own fault

As if your dealer has a fucking idea what he's selling you.  :D You think your dealer analyzes the product? They are trusting a guy with an email account out of China.
