Sometimes I hear voices saying things as I fall asleep or while I sleeping, help

Sometimes I hear voices saying to me some random phrases in usually French, Latin or English. I don't know French or Latin, but it is pretty distinct. Also a voice saying or whispering my name once and it instantly wakes me up.

Anybody else encounters this from time to time?

happend to me one time and the freakiest thing was that when I woke up and walked to the toilet a car came crashing right throught the window and stopped at the exact spot were I was sleeping before ::)

So saying "Seek help soon, As Soon As Possible is kind a dumb

He means Rami should seek help soon but if soon isn't possible then he should be seeking that help as soon as it can possibly be sought even if that's a little too late to really qualify as soon.  JJ74 understands that some people have a busy schedule.

i have had this since i was 8 years old. i have to take anxiety meds to shut my mind off so i can sleep.

i have really horrible dreams too, it is common knowledge with my friends and family not to touch me while i am asleep. i punched my dad in the chest a couple of times, threw my mom, my sister, and a few girlfriends through my closet, and one unfortunate getbig member got a broken rib(sorry Blake ;D).

doctors can help you, just be honest.

No, but this is not a pathological phenomenon. During sleep and in the transition from waking to sleep, there are neural processes that stimulates internal imagery- both visual and auditory. This is normal.
