I hadn't seen a thread about this so i figured i would post it.
First off, if he was smoking and driving... he's just a dumbass, plain and simple. when you start endangering other people, you've crossed the line from having a good time to just being selfish and self destructive. he had two parents growing up, he has no excuse other than acting like a fucktard. sure, the officer said he wasn't impaired, but... a little visine and acting go a long way.
2nd, so... the best swimmer in the world (also the best olympic athlete of all time) and now, arguably, the best pitcher in baseball, both smoke pot. and it doesn't seem to be harming either of them. time to legalize it? yes. also time for lincecum to grow up and decide that he should smoke pot in the confines of his mansion.
pro athletes are getting dumber every day.
