Al Pacino's Inch by Inch Speech in Any Given Sunday.
"That's a team, gentlemen
and either we heal now, as a team,
or we will die as individuals.
That's football guys.
That's all it is.
Now, whattaya gonna do?"

Joe Clark's Speech in Lean on Me
"My motto is simple: If you do not succeed in life, I don't want you to blame your parents. I don't want you to blame the white man! I want you to blame yourselves! The responsibility is yours!!"

JFK and MLK had important speeches.

Bhutto's speech was poetic, passionate, and added just enough logic to prevent discourse. Sadly, he just failed to understand that the Nazis redefined "Humanity" as a measure of political power. Appealing to the UN's sense of decency or pointing out their hypocrisy were wastes of talent. Speaking to their sense of self preservation would have made more sense. :)

I'd rather see a discussion on great speeches/letters whose warnings were ignored like Eisenhower's "Military Industrial Complex" or when Patton begged us to crush the Russians before it was too late.

Well, if you had Patricia Neal to bang, wouldn't anyone turn into Cicero to get that not guilty verdict, I ask you!?   :)

untimately he ws hung by Zia...and then Zia mysteriously died wehen his plane exploded ...who else died in the crash at the time...well..from wiki

Witnesses who saw the plane in the air afterward claim it was flying erratically, then nosedived and exploded on impact. American Ambassador to Pakistan Arnold Raphel and General Herbert M. Wassom, the head of the U.S. Military aid mission to Pakistan, also died in the crash ;)

While not a speech, per say, this is Peter Schiff, in 2006-2007, warning of an economic meltdown and literally getting laughed at by various morons on CNBC and FOX Business.

They pretend they never said those things or say that they were misunderstood.

Here's Jim Cramer in 2007 saying subprime is "meaningless."

Today, he acts like he saw it coming all along.
