I know both guys well. Competed against Yohnnie back in 1988. Yohnnie won the novice and overall at 167 lbs with 6 months of serious weight training. I trained with him at Olympus Gym in Capital Heights for a few years. When he won the Worlds in 1995 at 43 years old!, he weighed 176. That's 8 lbs in 8 years. Hardly the stuff of legend. Yohnnie never got huge and never shrunk. In fact, at 56 yrs old, I bet he still walks around at 170-175. Extremely gifted and athletic guy who competed as a track athlete and swimmer before winning first show at age 35. Yohnnie was the least typical bodybuilder I've ever met.
As for Skip, I've spent hundreds of hours speaking to him, and he, like Yohnnie, is just one of those rare guys who eats clean 365, 6 high protein meals a day, doesn't miss workouts, and puts his body first.
I've never actually opened their refrigerators or cabinets pre-contest like I did with Levrone though, so
