I personally think that with a natural base like this he would reach Ronnie Coleman or Dorian Yates type of off season mass around 320 lbs in 2 moderate cycles

Where do you live that you know about Tongans? Here in Hawaii, especially in the rural areas where I live, Somoans and Tongans are all over the place. Some of the most genetically gifted, as far as raw strength goes, humans on this planet. Even their women walk around with 18+ inch calves. And I'm talking real calves not cankles that the fatties have.

New Zealand mate , I live in a highly populated Pacific Island area. Theres more here than in the islands  ..Tongans,Samoans and Tokalaus plus all the others from the pacific islands. , Samoans and Tongans here en mass though .
