1.Biceps
2.Triceps
3.Quads
4.Chest and calves
5.Off
6.Back
7.Shoulders and hamstrings

Too lazy I suppose,but really my triceps were my worst bodypart til start of this year so I wanted to do them on their own,now they are best bodypart
