Horny Goat Weed & Tribulus

Alrite peeps

Im looking to getting back into some heavy lifting and want a bit of a boost.

Do either Horny Goat Weed or Tribulus terrestris work? I had a mate who tried it, said it made him randy 24/7 so clearly he must have had boosted levels of something!

If it will help me bash it harder in the gym im all for it, but i dont wanna be popping boners in the middle of a meeting or something.

I think trib does boost sex drive but I can't say it does much for strength or muscle mass.  

Never tried the goat weed so I have no idea. Never heard of any gym results though.
