What kind of training do you do for your calves?

Pretty much just the usual, standing raises and seated raises. Here's a good growth trick I discovered to shock the muscle. Stanging calf raises:
Set 1: 15 reps medium weight
Set 2: 4-8 reps super heavy
Set 3: 15 reps medium weight
Set 4: Lighter weight 25 reps. This should shock some growth into them. Plus having good genetics for calves helps too.
