coughing blood?

i did legs earlier, and while on leg press i started coughing up blood!!!

it has been a few hours and it just now stopped.

is this one of those "go to the doctor" things?

More importantly, Bench....you need to go to the doctor.  DO NOT play around with this.  Sure, it could be nothing, BUT it also could be something.  Don't wait until it could be too late.  Go to the doctor.  Please.   :-\

i went to the doctor this morning and got a ct scan and bloodwork. i am now waiting for the results.

i had to re-qualify this afternoon for my DDM instructors license, and when i was done it happened again. afterwords i went to the gym and it hasnt happened since.

i am not too concerned about this, it just better not waste too much of my damn time!

It's probably nothing more than rupturing a small blood vessel from poor breathing technique during a heavy squat.

thats what i thought... but it happened while i was sitting on a shooting bench yesterday re-qualifying, and again today when i destroyed a old answering machine with my hayabusa.

I don't think there is a guy around that would consider this a bad thing Laura.  I even bet there are a few that are out maiming themselves right now so they can come back and tell you they're hurt and not going to the doctor while hoping for this.

it been a few days and i havent heard from the Dr. i am not concerned that much about this.

...on a side note, my heads and cams for my street/strip car are in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
