I agree that Nic cage wtf is he thinking, just age gracefully, get a short haircut for your hairloss and accept it. 

And that is not a transplant whoever said that, zoom in front hairline in middle you see mesh that is the part of the toupee that is glued down, if you look at some youtube videos watch how they put them on and how they are made.
