There is no "one guy" in the muslim world. If a catholic screws up or does great things u have the Pope and the Bishops...same with many religions. In most villages throughout the Middle East..an Imam just knows how to read the Koran and thats about it..so he becomes the head religious guy, regardless of education. I already told them to check it out in Google. Already "informed" them of our war against terrorism. But they decided to overlook those facts and believe what they want to believe.

But they bring an interesting point. A guy in another thread (forgot his name, Tony?) is complaining that he has not yet seen Muslims condemn terrorist acts on his local TV, although he admits he doesn't watch TV that much, and refuses to Google such topics.

Look at the riots that happened when those comics of Mohammed got published. Or when Geert Wilders released his video. There were 10s of millions of Muslims rioting all across the world. Tens of millions across the globe going batshit insane or comics and a movie! Has anything like that even come close to occuring with regards to terrorism? Absolutely not. I have yet to see even 1,000 Muslims stage an anti-terrorism protest.

Just like this terrorist attack. American Muslims seem to be more concerned about potential backlash against themselves than the actual victims or the fact that this guy's view of Islam is pretty commonplace today. Islam isn't the problem. Just every non-Muslim's perception of it.
