as for the british pussy cops, i think in some bad parts of London they're allowed to carry guns.  I'm guessing where al qaeda and "chavs" are.

none of thats true mate...most of them carry tasers and the CO 19 (i.e. armed unit) was called out 8500 times last year JUST IN LONDON

you wanna mess with British police be my guest mate, but they dont paint the stairs to the cells in Bow Police Station red for nothing.

Don't get me wrong, I'm for concealed carry in all 50 states, and complete gun freedom.

I just think disarming some police officers would take them down a notch, and remind them that they're there to serve.

mmm perhaps. Its just the attitude of a lot of british cops is that theyre superior than you are because they're cops (dont get me wrong ive met a lot of decent ones) so I actually think giving them guns would simply enhance that superiority complex and i think you'd see a far greater number of abuses of power. Besides it seems to work well (in london at least) with these CO 19 units, the moment theres a call mentioning a gun these dudes are there like a shot
