very interesting, thanks for sharing. Didn't know porn stores had such viewing room/theatres. even if there are, i would have thought they'd be private, i mean FFS would you wanna see what else the customers doing in there while watching this stuff? 
Assuming u enjoyed porn before this porn and then became desensitized to it, did you ever 'recover' from this at a later point? Has it changed your view on watching porn, the porn industry, etc?

Well the privacy issue, is largely dependent on what state/city you live in, and what laws are in place. I worked in Hollywood at the time, so the booths were required to be "Semi-Private" which means that no one could see you unless the were walking by the hallway. (Its hard to explain but there were mirrors at an angle so, if employees, were to walk down the hallway, they could see if anyone was committing lewd acts.)
Security was required, (or myself if no security guard was present), to patrol the theater rooms, periodically, to make sure people weren't blowing each other, naked, etc, because the police, could theoretically issue tickets for lewd conduct, if they caught wind of it, and also get the store into trouble.
Theaters aside... again one has to constantly stock new shipments of product..which means shrink wrapping, rotating, etc.... there is no way to work in a place like that and not see some Gay materials....lol.
