.... not to make early predictions, but I hope Floyd and Manny do fight.

My opinion, Floyd beats Manny. When I was watching the brutality Manny put on Cotto I noticed that as soon as Cotto started shifting around in the ring and boxing Manny, instead of engaging, Manny was off balance. Even though Manny knocked him down If Cotto had the retreat and fight skills that Floyd has (and has perfected) it would have been a much closer fight.

Manny is a sharp, strong fighter with a ill will to win, but Floyd hates to lose in fact he hasn't lost? He thinks in the ring and sees everything. It will be an interesting fight if it ever takes place....My 2 cents

People have to realise that Cotto was more or less made for Pacquiao because he was a come forward type of fighter, he has good boxing skills but its no comparison to fighters like Marquez and Mayweather.
Pacquiao would not be the favourite against Floyd Mayweather.

Doesn't matter Manny would win by TKO

PacMan vs. PBF would be the fight of the 2000's so far.

I lean towards Mayweather.  I don't know if Pac can get a good shot at him,
although PBF can get lazy in there.  Pacman is a machine.

If we get to see Pacman vs Mayweather then we'll know what's what.

Hard fight to call.

Manny is fucking great, no doubt.

But as much as we can call Mayweather a pussy....he's great too. He would be by far the best fighter manny has ever faced

Mayweather destroys everyone who gets in the ring with him as well. He beat Hatton much worse than Manny beat Cotto, and Hatton's toughness is well known

Edit:  I fucked up. I was thinking of when Manny killed Hatton.

Still a toss-up

Yeah Late 90's Roy Jones was awesome.

Should never have gone up to heavyweight to fight Ruiz.
Lost all his speed when he fought Antonio Tarver the second time.

One of the best knockouts I have ever seen.

I don't KNOW anything obviously...but a guy that goes from 112 to 147 and doesn't lose a lick of speed and punching power just makes me scratch my head a little.

It's unprecedented
