All I saw was that he had Mono an immune disease that makes you very weak and tired...usually caused by stress and not enough rest I think.

Not true ,
I had swine flu , I was in bed for 7 days (high fever ,headaches, bodyaches, diarrhea, vomit ,strep ..............)
I was out of work for 2 weeks , lost 15 pounds  ,I'm still coughing and this shit happened more than a month ago.

My whole family got it.  It wasn't that much weight loss for me, but yeah it sucked.  The kids got it worse, my neice went from 42 to 35 pounds or something.  And that coughing shit for weeks and weeks.  ugh.

I went to play soccer yesterday  after  5  minutes of running I couldn't breathe I almost fucking died ,sucks .

I had it during the late summer, not as bad as others in my family.  I had no lungs afterwards.  I did cardio religiously for about a month to get them back.  Started with literally 30 seconds of jogging and I thought I'd die.  Then it was 1 minute.  I'm up to 30 now with no prob.
