I've figured it all out.
I've been totally gorging myself on food for the past month.
I'm talking 5 or 6 feedings per day....until you're totally stuffed. (It takes time to build up to this amount of calories)
You're metabolism gets so freakin fast that even after a 2000 cal binge, you're starving a couple hours later.
In turn, you'll notice you're bodyfat decreasing while you're size explodes.
It takes awhile to build up to these heroic eating habits, but the rewards are staggering
A long term goal is 10,000 cals per day. Junk food is fine
