Today, in our gym, TV program came and Marcos Chacon visited us too!!!
Marcos was huge with 130kg!!!

Paco is always lean.
Chacon was not so lean as Paco. But not fat eighter and good enough for the guest appearance.

Too bad Paco isn't competing anymore (lost his drive due bad placings?). With a better waist/abs control and more thickness in his chest he could do some damage.

He will be in the spring show( He is aspiring for IRONMAN a lot) and we are woking for fullfilling his(and my

) upper pecs!!!

Thats good to hear about Paco. On the pics he looks much better than I expected.

Try some incline cable presses, this works very well for me since I have the same weak spot.

I've heard some rumors on this board that the 2010 IM is cancelled.

Good idea. I consider this in our next upper pec assalt.

Finaly, John Barik said that it wont canceled for now and searching for the good date.
