tommorow i want to work out in the morning. but i am a bit confused on my supp timing...what would u guys do?
i have an appointment at 7:30-8:30, then another appointment from 10-11. I want to work out from 8:45-9:45
but i also want to fit in my morning run
so what would u guys do?
wake up at 4:20 am...hit the street running at 4:30...be home by 5:00 am, be eating my breakfast by 5:15 am...then have a pre workout shake at 7:20?
or just go on my run a bit later..and be eating breakfast from 6:45-7 am, then have an apple at like 720...then get the workout in at 845?
