Wake up at 4:20 and smoke a jilla in honor of the time of day. Translation: Take a thermo and some bcaa caps.

Get the cardio in. 5:15am have 50g of vanilla whey, 50g of waxy maize carbohydrate (because it mixes so well with the protein), some fruit punch Crystal Lite for flavoring and a tablespoon of flax oil.

7:20 have 6oz of chicken breast with some cream of rice and another tablespoon of flax oil

 Go train.

I suggest do your cardio at the later time you mentioned.  It is very hard for me to do cardio on an empty stomach.

Im worried that your 945 predicted finish is going to conflict with your 10-11 appointment... will this give you enough time to get changed? do you need to plan/prepare for the appointment? will being sweaty and hurried affect your performance at the appointment? I think you are putting unnecessary stress on yourself nw83... reschedule the workout...

Set your alarm for 4:30 am and drink 100 grams table sugar with 16oz of orange juice and 400 gs caffeine then go back to sleep immediately.

This has given me 24/7 energy and great pumps during my workouts.

Yes,

I get horrible boils all over my face, neck and hands.

But I guess you can't have it all.
