I don't wear one unless I go on holidays
However I have one which I carry with me to my workout.

1) Carkeys
2) MP3 Player
3) Straps
4) Wrist strap

well as I said I don;t wear them as well - but I carry one with me - It helps a lot since I always forget something in the car like my straps and then I cannot do shruggs as good as I should be.
