As a lib protographer, do you spend more time taking pictures of immoral sexual acts, or trees that should be cut down so that oil can be drilled?
Timewise overall, I tend to do more "filthy lib" type events like charity fundraisers for HIV, cancer, and MS. I will shoot the White Party fundraiser this weekend. And "filthy lib" type performers like the Dixie Chics at the Bank Atlantic Center. These are usually just 1 night functions.
I also contract out with a travel agency here when the owner hosts his own travel packages and does cruises, land trips, etc.. These are usually 1-2 weeks at a time. I used to do at these all the time - 8 or 9 trips a year, but now have to pick and choose because I only get 6 weeks vacation per year from the hospital.
When I first came to South FL, the real estate market was booming and I took some photos of a property for a friend who was an agent. All the other agents in the company loved them wanted me to do theirs as well. Then another agent at a different wanted them, and another, etc.. I was charging $45 per property (8-10 pics) and would get the locations and access keys on Saturdays and Sundays and hit about 15-25 properties each day. I was making a killing back then before the market bubble burst. While real estate isn't a "filthy lib" thing, I made it a "filthy lib" thing by taking cash payments and not paying a damn dime in taxes. I should have went an extra step and hid all the money in my freezer too.
