olive oil vs. canola oil

is there any real difference between the two?  everyone talks about how good olive oil is for you, but the nutritional data is identical between the two with the exception of 1 extra gram of polyunsaturated fat in olive oil.

Both olive oil AND coconut oil carry a plethora of benefits, and it would probably benefit people to consume both sources.

yes canola oil is pure shit, inflammatory with no real health benefits.
