This is one of many proofs as to why Liberals are such idiots.

Holder acted and sounded like a stuttering fool. He didn't know what to say. Graham owned him big time. Even the guy sitting behind Graham was laughing his ass off.

This administration is a disaster.

Additionally, Obama is lying that he was not behind this.  Gov. Patterson said 6 months ago he was informed that this was their plan. 

Obama/Holder = FAILURE

Who in their right mind would believe that Obama was not behind this?

We are to believe that Holder just took it upon himself to make this decision?

I guess Obama didn't hear Holder suggest this course of action. Just like he didn't hear Rev. Wright's hate speeches.

I've already stated i don't have an issue with this.  Bring the perpetrators to justice where the crime was committed.  I don't care if it hasn't been done before lets do it know and nail these as*holes where they destroyed so many lives.

Was it a crime? Or a war crime and an act of war? Seeing as that Bin Laden and AQ declared war on the United States.

Holder couldn't even tell us if there was any precendent for these trials or when there was actually a trial for an enemy combatant captured on the battlefield and tried in the US. He sounded like he had no clue what was going on...which is great because he is our fucking Att. General.

"Bin Laden would be interesting"? Who is this clown?

I understand where Kcballer is coming from and get his point of view, I do, I just simply disagree with it. This is leading us down a tricky path. Plus, Obama already guarunteed us a guilty verdict and said it was a lock...so why bother if the conclusion is already there? If this was Bush the media would be calling these BUSH SHOW TRIALS and a MOCKERY OF OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM WE HOLD SO DEAD and BUSH IS USING THE COURTS AS HIS PUPPETS AND RUBBER STAMPS!....that would be the MSNBC headlines for 9 months.

This is going to be an AQ goldmine showtrial, and Obama thinks affording captured enemy combatants the same rights as US citizens is going to make our enemies kiss and make up.

Am I missing something here?
