For your upper body layering is the key. You need to start with a string tank top, and the put a t-shirt with a low neck over that. Then you need a XXXL+ t-shirt over that, followed by a gym sweatshirt (preferably longer in the back than the front). Then put a hoodie over that.
Then add some baggy sweats, high top runners, a duffel bag (containing chalk pre-during-post-future-post apocalyptic shake, the entire Inzer line of lifting accessories) with a shoulder strap, gallon water jug, backwards cap, lifting straps that you never take off.
You'll be off to a good start.
