I will train 2-3 times this week.  I can't believe how far off the wagon I've fallen.  Too much fucking traveling for play and not staying focused.

Oh well, at least I looked good at my high school reunion.  ;D

Well considering I'm the CEO of a fortune 500 bio tech company, dabble in the stock market, fly my own leer jet and fuck playboy playmates (when I get the time) I might only have time to bench 505 one day this week....that's if I end up signing on for the new Giorgio Armani campaign....also, I might have to reschedule my fight with Fedor to next week.... you know, only so much time in the day..

I feel your pain. Lately I've been very busy myself. Between engineering triple digit returns for my $100 billion hedge fund, banging fitness sluts, and negotiating the purchase of my own private island, my bench is down to a measly triple with 495... I'm down from 5-6 reps with that weight not long ago. I'll be lucky if I can make it into the gym 3 times this week.

Of course I don't cage fight - I find the thought of rolling around on a mat with another man while locked into a cage to be abhorable. Might I be so bold as to suggest you consider giving up on the training for MMA to allow yourself more time to hit the iron?
