I havent been sick in over 4 years, but I got this one.

I don't really feel so bad as I do just plain run down. I get tired right away. Its been lingering for about two weeks. It zaps your energy I guess cuz your body is fighting it.

Doesnt help being on low carbs and low calories either...

On and off for the past two months. Haven't lost any weight.

Last few days I started developing an oral ulcer though. Can't eat well so I've skipped out on training. Getting a little soft but gaining some weight. Just eating what I can, when I can. Fucking sucks when it flares up. I wouldn't wish oral ulcers on my worst enemy. All due to stress... fuck...

Thought it was the flu... but turned into antibiotic-resistant strep throat. Bloody hell... every time I try to get back into intense training I get sick within 2 weeks. Anyone have any recommendations as far as things to take to improve your immune system? Apparently intense training really knocks the system with free radicals, etc. and lowers the immune system... it would be interesting to see what people are doing to counter that on here so I can actually make some progress with training.
