How did Abbas Kathami look? I saw him at the gym the day before he left and he was shredded, especially his legs!

McMillan gets overall IMO.

Katahmi looks better than ever.

Shavis Higa should get a pro-card as he beats Victor Prisk but Victor is very popular.

Best Nationals in a long time and Jeff Long finally shed the babyfat.

Abbas was the only guy in shape. Another all look soft comparing with european and arab.
