How are these kind of sites not raped up the trumpet by lawyers?
There's too many of them and if you shut one down, they'll have the whole thing back up in another domain in a few hours. Plus, they are not hosted in the US or a western country for most parts, which means someone will be spending a whole lot of time and money to track down the owners and pursue legal actions.
Just won't be worth the effort, nor will it have any impact whatsoever. There's tons of sites from which you can stream or download media files, so it's just not practical or even possible to shut them down.
