95+% is nothing more than genetics,
how your muscle bellies are shaped and how full they are, if you dont have the genetics (which you should be able to tell within the first 2-3 months or so) then NOTHING you do will 'get you big' (LOL).
all the supps/dedication/diet wont help you if your genetic muscle shape isnt there to begin with. just give up now. there is a corner store next to you fully stocked with beer. just go there. it will be ok. remeber there is always beer.
