I have clients who never went to college who are far smarter than Al Gore & Biden.

I personally know of the owner of one of the businesses I represent that built a business from a garage to an over $70 million dollar a year business who never went to college that would wipe the floor with Obama/ Gore/ Biden combined on almost any issue.

Al Gore is a fool BTW - and his foolishness is really showing with the climate hoax being revealed for the fraud it is.

My point is that using the schools someone went to is not a barometer of their being smart or not. I think Palin is right on the basic issues. Freedom, taxes, pro-business, pro-drilling & energy.

While Obama maybe "smarter" than her book wise, his policy beliefs are just horrific and proven failures. For someone being so "smart" he is very ignorant on many issues and is too convinced of his own greatness. The man is a complete idiot on economics and many other issues and the evidence is everywhere you look. EVERYWHERE! Yet, because the MSM said he is "brilliant", idiots on this board think it is so. Obama has never even tried a small claims case, written a law review article, written scholarly work, argued appellate cases, run a law firm, nothing whatsoever.

Same with Jimmy Carter, the worst president of all time. The brilliant nuclear scientist was a complete failure as a president because his policy beliefs are proven failures.

I simply have no idea why some people are so enamored with someobne solely based on their academic credentials, when in most areas of life, business, etc, said credentials really dont matter all that much in terms of real life results.

When people hire me to represent them, they could care less where I went to school. They want results and the only issue is if I get the job done. Thats it! Sadly, when most of these self labeled "brilliant" people like Obama are put to that test, they fail miserably because they have never been accountable to results.

running a city is a nightmare of laws, security, education, environment, water, garbage, economy, etc etc...

FOR ME, a person must show some ability to understand these thigns. Getting an advanced degree would be a start. Having a decade experience running a state might qualify. But shit man... 18 months as Governor, and you want her to run the world? Sorry. Obama was barely qualified, with a law degree and 10 years in senates. She, with a stint as mayor and a year as governor - no, just not experience.

You add that lack of experience to the fact she's failed to ever deliver anything remotely resembling an intellectual contribution to the world, and i ask you - Why would you give the most important job in the world to a person who has yet to prove herself?

I woudn't. I would select a person like Mitt, with 20+ years of governing and advanced finance. or a Rudy, with a decade of practically running a small country (NYC) and another decade learning the world thru his organization. I would choose a huntsman, who knows chinese finance better than most and has run a state for a while, along with plenty of business experience.

I would NOT give the most powerful job on the planet to Palin, who has yet to prove herself in any experience or intellectual way. All the spunk in the world doesn't give you those things. I WOULD consider her to be a viable candidate in about ten years. Not yet.

And I said Obama was BARELY qualified - his record was 10 years making law and 7 teaching it, which did cover his legislative base. His education was very good. And he spend the last 2 years doing the foreign relations crash-course, which did bone him up on global issues. HOPEFULLY Miss Palin is doing that now, but her cut-paste answers in interviews so far still show her lvl of understanding to be an inch deep.

But don't take my word for it. America spoke on that one. 40% of Americans believe she is qualified to even be VP.

Besides, don't make this about comparing piles of shiit. "Yes, palin sucks, but O sucks worse..." They both suck ass, 33, accept it and maybe focus your energies on getting a QUALIFIED MFer in the white house in 2012 instead of trying to shine a better turd.

I voted for Romney in the primary. I have already said I would accept Bloomberg as President so long as he could be checked as far as guns go.

As far as Palin goes, who the heck knows. At this time, 5 years ago Obama was not even on the radar as far as the Presidency goes.
