I'll be honest, I haven't been all that motivated in the gym lately. Lets post what motivates us to work out, and tricks to find motivation when all desire is nearly lost. Written word and pics are welcome.
Be natural(I talk about mental state).
Just go to gym and train 30mins to pump and your muscle stay.
Then go chase around those ass of hot chics or do another activity or staying your house doing lazy.
The life is not only bbing. Be happy.

After doing this, i bet you feel new and feel like training hard again! I bet you!
