I'd say 315. I miss squatting heavy bad. There is really no feeling like it. We used to have free standing poles and that is all that I'd ever use. Someone asked me why I didn't use the cage or the racks once, and I said cuz if you know you'll get crushed if you fail then you won't. I got the old you're a fuckin looney look, but it made sense to me.
At 35, and with having had a torn ACL I'm afraid to even do them anymore. That being said, I'm going to give them a go soon anyway and see what happens. I don't see myself ever going as heavy as I use to, but if I can get back to around 275 or 315 for ten I would be happy with that.
