With withheld focus. It's been awhile now. And all it was overtraining.
Tasks other than physical in nature, such as reading suffer due to being in a state of over training. Two workouts per day plus increasing cardio I know wouldn't really last but I was doing great. Then I was doing pull overs and I fucked my neck up. Still finished the rest of the workout. but later I couldn't move much day and my shoulders hurt and so I did cardio only. Probably something that could have been prevented alieved by appropriate diet? however I didn't have the abilities to figure this out yet.
I predicted this, just a week before it happened. I was struck down for hubris. It was almost as if I was waiting for it because everything was going so good.
I usually predict world events about 1 week before they happens. With increasing accuracy and frequency.
Splitting wood is a good workout for middle back. Now that I'm ok, my workouts are once again picking up, but also doing yard work for people really helped me recover as well.
