Not sure what India has to do with Dubai as it is not in India.

Dubai is officially a muslim country but is quite cosmopolitan. Other religions are allowed there. You can drink alcohol, women can wear bikinis on the beach, women go out to discos in mini-skirts.

OK - so you can get arrested for drinking orange juice in public - but that's reasonable, isn;t it ?

The same thought crossed my mind. Since Dubai, India is in trouble, I was thinking that all the foreign business interests in Dubai (including Matt T's and my own as well) should move our operations over to Dubai's twin city of Mumbai, India. Dubai borrowed like there's no tomorrow to finance their grandiose construction-spree on the assumption that their oil revenues would never decline, only increase.
