I would advice you to absolutely NOT do whichever show is 2 weeks away. I would pick a show which is about 20-22 weeks away and start dieting NOW for it.
It's simple. If you don't have veins all over your abs and striations all over your hamstrings then you are NOT ready.
Hahaha... your work is done now you cruise into a show?
You're only hope to not look like "that guy" is to do no less than 3hrs of cardio a day up to the day before the show, avoid all carbohydrate and live on tuna/lettuce and an iv drip of Lasix around the clock the day before the show.
