i was talking to a guy at GNC about low fat protein powders. Anyway, he said to cut, he eats just tuna and yogurt for 2 months.

Surprise surprise, the link provided has an advertisement for Asia Pharma gear LOL I knew it as soon as I saw the thread title and its author "dexterJ"  This guy is pathetic and his only purpose on this website is to promote Asia Pharma he tries to do it all the time on the steroid board and gets exposed for it now he's trying on the G&O if anything he is hurting Asia Pharma sales since so many are seeing what kind of douchebag ways the company promotes itself perhaps I may have bought Asia Pharma before but NEVER after reading dexterJ's posts

Say what you will about his structure, but anyone who dwarfs Gunter has got to be huge.  Although Gunter dwarfs him in looks.
