My old friends Tommy Wishbone and Keith Jones had the thickest necks I have ever seen. I wish I had a thicker neck like those dudes.... just seems something very alpha male about a thick neck and traps....

Not true... Keith had a very solid physique when he was powerlifting.... he put on a lot of weight after the spider bite Laid him up..... but he has lost most of that weight now. Why do you guys always have to bust on Keith? I don't get it? Now he is doing product placement in Hollywood for top TV shows like "2 and a Half Men", "Desperate Housewifes",NCI Miami, etc,etc ..... there's money to be made in that job! Keith has grandkids now.
