I hate to be the one to ruin this thread, but everyone should keep in mind that Will is a Cancer surviver. Also..there have been a few pics of him taken back in the day where he looked pretty good.

Also he is one of the few "Gurus," in this subculture that actually has a good track record, was a close friend/contemporary of Dan Duchaine, and has been writing published articles in various fitness publications for the last 15+ years ...
