"Dexter has been going around for years now saying he's 225 or 235 onstage. After I took second to him at the Arnold in 2006, he admitted to me he only weighed 207 for that show."

hes about 5'6 on a GOOD day, so of course he doesnt weigh 235, most pros weights are greatly exxaggerated. i even doubt dexter gets to 235 in the offseason.

I do not recall a time when he verified his alleged weight of 235 at a weigh-in.

Or maybe Dex was effing with Branch...but it's funny how at the 1992 USA's ESPN had on the screen that Flex W was 235, when he was 215, and at the 1993 Arnold he said he was around 230, and he was 216-218, and at the 93 Olympia he was 218---far from his 235, that he probably was at the 93 Ironman.

Is Branch starting to get a big head now?

No matter what his weight is, he has 3 Arnold Classic titles under his belt.

Once on Flex Forum Ronnie Coleman stating that Dexter is 210 – 212 at max..

I don’t really care about what the scale says, but why he is lying to us about his weight..? $:-\$

In 08 Mr. O he states that he was 235 and Jay was 250 at the final and just look at the huge difference between them

Dexter is the same height as Shawn Ray and Shawn claimed that his body weight ranged from around 209-215 and Dexter does not look to be much larger than Shawn, if at all.

Flex magazine said Jay weighed 271 for the 2009 Olympia.

Standing next to Branch in the finals, Jay dwarfed Branch

Flex looked substantially bigger than Dex looks now
