Anyone restricting their calories to that degree would lose way.  It was wholly unsustainable.  I see no surprises here.  And sandwich meats are not "healthy".  Granted, some subs at Subway likely have better nutritional profiles than other fast food options.

Exactly!  Subway is NOT health food, but it is a HEALTHIER alternative to traditional fast food.

And yes, people are dumb. Subway says they are health food, and dumb fucks buy it.


Reminds me of "the Pita Pit", another place full of shit foods, but claims to be "healthy".  ::)

Exactly, like this chinese rest I went to last week.  Sign said Healthy Chinese Food; it wasn't healthy at all; in fact it was very similar to Panda Express if you are familiar.

subway sucks, your basically eating 90% bread, with a few little stips of cheap lunchmeat in it. worthless. the 'tuna' is actually just mayonaisse with a few tuna bits in it. and the fucking meatball one. tasted like the lowest meat possible and i was putting out a huge greasy shit within the hour. worthless.

these corporations like mc donalds and subway are very cunning and manipulative in their marketing.  They attempt to promote their nutritionally-void menus as 'healthy.'

Subway is 'not' a healthy choice....any retard should be able to see that!
